NUR 1034C Health-Illness-Concepts 2
This course further develops the knowledge, skills, and attitude to safely care for clients with alterations in health that require clinical reasoning skills. Emphasis is placed on the concepts of family responses to health alterations, stress and coping, reproduction, acid base balance, communication, oxygenation, infection, metabolism, and mobility.
Clinical experiences are provided for clients across the lifespan. Upon completion, students should be able to provide safe nursing care incorporating the concepts identified in this course.
