NUR 1021C Intro to Nursing Concepts 1
This course introduces the novice student to nursing and conceptual learning which includes the application of facts and principles necessary for effective clinical decision making in healthcare settings. Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitude for health promotion and prevention of disease with clients who have normal physiological responses across the lifespan.
Upon completion, students are able to provide safe nursing care incorporating the concepts identified in this course.
