HSA 3184 Leadership and Management in Healthcare Organizations

This course provides an introduction to and overview of leadership, management, and organizational behavior in health care organizations, with an integration of theory, practice, assigned readings, lecture and laboratory simulation exercises. The focus includes leadership and management in hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, nursing homes, and county health departments.
