NUR 4827 Leadership and Management in Professional Nursing (U)
This course teaches principles of nursing leadership and management with an emphasis on decision-making, priority setting, delegating, communicating, team building and managing fiscal and human resources. The focus is on preparation of the professional nurse for leadership responsibilities in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health care environment. Leadership experiences are provided in a variety of clinical settings.
