ASC 1560 Intro to Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems

In this course, students gain an overview perspective of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), their military and commercial history, their most popular applications, and the importance of this technology for modern society. Students discuss recreational and commercial uses of drones, the main types of drone flight systems, drone program risks, privacy concerns, and other topics relevant to this technology.
