REA 1933 Reading for Cultural Literacy
This course promotes the value of diversity through familiarity with culturally diverse literature. Literal, critical, and affective skills in reading comprehension are enhanced through the study of selections reflecting diverse cultures. Emphasis is on critical thinking skills such as author's tone, intent, attitude, logical inferences, and illogical fallacies.
