HSC V003 Introduction to Health Care (N)

This course teaches the knowledge and skills necessary for entry into a course of study in the health care field. It includes a knowledge of the health care delivery system, health occupations, and communication skills. Safety, health promotion, and legal/ethical issues are presented. This course also fulfills the state mandatory four-hour bloodborne pathogens (HIV/AIDS) requirement. Lab fee $20.
