Bachelor's Degree Program in Organizational Management

In the Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management, students will develop and apply the critical skills needed to launch, manage, and lead a successful small business. Throughout the program, students will create, refine, and present a personalized business plan, gaining hands-on experience in real-world entrepreneurship. It is ideal for individuals currently in the workforce who wish to enhance their leadership skills, take on more responsibilities, and advance their careers.
Requirements for graduation from the Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management are:

Students must successfully complete 120 credit hours of college-level courses in the degree program, including the lower-division Associate Degree, and the 39 hours of Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Organizational Management coursework, including the capstone course.

Students must achieve a cumulative GPA of not less than a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in all courses attempted (including transfer hours, but, excluding college preparatory courses) and in all courses attempted at Indian River State College.
